This site is owned by ProxiReach S.A.R.L. and is powered by the Best SMS Bulk platform. By signing up on this site, the customer agrees to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If customer does not agree to these terms, payment transaction will not take place.

Ownership & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to www.proxireach.com and www.bestsmsbulk.com, and all associated linked sites. The Site is the property of ProxiReach S.A.R.L. and its licensors.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

ProxiReach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.

Becoming a Customer

  • The customer must be of the legal age of their region to purchase products from ProxiReach.
  • ProxiReach reserves the right to accept and/or reject customers without providing reasons.
  • A customer of ProxiReach is not an employee, agent, or representative of the company.
  • Payment of all taxes and/or tariffs applicable is the responsibility of customers in their respective countries.
  • There is currently no annual customer/member fee. This may be added in the future at ProxiReach's sole discretion.

Ordering & Delivery

Full Payment

A customer who has paid in Full Payment Plan would receive the product within the time stipulated herein. Delivery of Product is made within 24 hours from the date of official confirmation of order (subject to the country's law).

Cancellation Policy

ProxiReach customers do not have the right to cancel or exchange any product requested once the service has been delivered.

Sending Bulk SMS

Any illegal content sent from our website gives the System Owner the right to terminate your account even if it still contains units without any payback.

Illegal content includes but is not limited to:

  • Spam Messages
  • Illegal/Fake offers
  • Offensive words
  • Threats or harassment

ProxiReach reserves the right to send information related to customers sending illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Business Ethics

ProxiReach seeks to conduct its business in a professional, ethical and credible manner. When using any services provided, you agree not to transmit:

  • Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Non-public information about any company or trade secrets
  • Computer code designed to interrupt or compromise security
  • Unsolicited messages (spam) without prior authorization from recipients

Security

Each customer must keep ProxiReach account passwords and other security access information confidential and notify ProxiReach promptly if you believe security has been compromised.

ProxiReach has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of online transactions. However, ProxiReach cannot and does not warrant such security and will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any security breaches.

Account Termination

Customer may voluntarily terminate this agreement by sending written notice at any time. ProxiReach reserves the right to terminate a customer who is found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any statutory law.

Grounds for account deactivation include:

  • Failure to follow Terms of Use
  • Breach of applicable law
  • Sending spam or illegal content
  • Misuse of platform services

Data Collection & Analytics

ProxiReach websites have enabled Google Analytics to collect data about website traffic. Advertising features include:

  • Remarketing with Google Analytics
  • Google Display Network Impression Reporting
  • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting
  • Integrated services that require Google Analytics for advertising purposes
